Achievements
- Faculty and students have
successfully received a grant of 12 patents across various domains, including
Renewable Energy, the Internet of Things (IoT), Electronics, and more.
- Reshal Bhati, a third-year Electrical
student, participated in an Endurance Race called Ironman 70.3 and covered
1.9km by swimming followed by 90km in cycling and then 21km running nonstop.
Reshal Bhati is the first girl from India to complete this race and came second
in her age category and qualified herself for the World Championship being held
in New Zealand in 2024.
- Sakshi Mahajan, Final year Electrical
student represented the Maharashtra Directorate at the All India Vayu Sainik
Camp held at Bangalore from 22 Oct 23 to 6th Nov 23. Sakshi Mahajan has
represented the Maharashtra Directorate as a Senior Cadet and participated in
Drone Training and Line area competitions. In this National Level Camp,
Maharashtra Directorate won the Trophy of Best Contingent in Flying and Best
Air Contingent - Runners up.
- Ishita Bhaladhare, a final-year
Electrical student has participated in ALL INDIA NAU-SAINIK Camp NCC-2023 held
in Lonavala and won gold medals in Seamanship and Semaphore. Ishita Bhaladhare
has also participated in the Intergroup competition held in Nashik NAU-SAINIK
CAMP-2023 and also won a gold medal in Seamanship.
- Three students, Harish Bhawane, Md
Juned Siddiqui, and Kartikey Rehpade, have successfully qualified for the GATE
exam. Harish Bhawane secured a score of 30.67, Md Juned Siddiqui achieved a
score of 44.33, and Kartikey Rehpade earned a score of 26.
- Paras Ghugal has been selected to
join the School of Management and Entrepreneurship at IIT Jodhpur following a
successful clearance of the CAT Exam.
- Atharva Raghorte has successfully
cleared the NMAT exam and secured admission to the prestigious Bocconi School
of Management.
- Nehal Khan has achieved
success in the IELTS exam and has subsequently enrolled in the Master of
Science in Energy Systems program at the National University of Singapore.
