Government College of Engineering Nagpur Established in 2016 having land of 11.67 Acre, on lease from MADC, Nagpur it consists of mainly two buildings

2. Annex Building

Main Building consists of Admin Block, Science and Humanities department, Mechanical Engineering department and Civil Engineering department. Whereas ANNEX building consisting of Computer Science and Engineering Department, Electrical Engineering Department and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department along with other facilities like hostel, canteen, mess and Gym etc.

Total Area Distribution

Government of Maharashtra has sanctioned Rs 14.99 Cr for construction of workshop and class room complex in 2019. A G+5 building costing 55 Cr is in planning out of which recently construction of G+1 structure is in progress and for remaining four floor another administrative approval will be sought from government.

AREA STATEMENT (Under Construction Building G+1)

Campus is green campus maintained by student's green army, under the supervision of Dean Infrastructure. At present 1500 trees are planted in the Campus in last seven years out of which 500 trees are donated by Bajaj electricals Nagpur under CSR activity.

The Workshop and Classroom Complex (G+1), building is on completion stage and it will be handed over to us by the end of MAY 2024. By that time a proposal for remaining four floors will be prepared by PWD and will be forwarded to the Government for the necessary approval.
